  2. Marsha P. and Sylvia STAR Energy: Ignited by the indomitable spirit of Marsha P. Johnson and Sylvia Rivera, G&SS majors embody the essence of STAR (Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries). With their empowering and revolutionary approach, they radiate STAR energy as they fearlessly dismantle patriarchal, racist, and anti-trans barriers.  pursuit of dismantling barriers and striving for a more just and equitable society.
